By using this app you agree to these terms.

What the app does

The app lets you save the people you love with their dates, reminds you, and lets you make a one-of-a-kind digital flower image to send as a private gift link. The flowers are made by software from your choices. Each one is made fresh and may vary; they are digital images, not physical flowers, and nothing is shipped.

Hearts

Making and sending a flower uses Hearts, a consumable credit you buy in the app through Google Play. Hearts:

• are a limited license to use a feature, with no cash value and no ownership rights;
• are non-refundable once used to successfully make and send a flower;
• never expire while the app is available;
• are granted free in limited amounts (a starter allowance and single-use seed codes) at our discretion.

If a flower fails to be made on our side, the Heart is returned to you automatically.

Refunds

Purchases are made through Google Play (or the App Store on iOS, when available there). Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by the store under its policies; we cannot issue them directly. Unused Hearts may be refundable through the store; used Hearts are not.

Gift links

A sent flower lives behind a web link. Links are kept while space allows; older unopened links may be removed as new ones make room. We may notify you the first time your gift is opened.

Acceptable use

Use the app for personal, lawful, heartfelt purposes. Do not attempt to abuse free Hearts or seed codes, reverse engineer the app, or use it to make unlawful or harmful content.

The images

Flowers are made by an automated system and are provided as is. We do not guarantee a specific result, and we make no claim that any image is unique beyond the app's normal behavior.

Liability

The app is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change and the current version will live at this URL.
